Refund policy

THE JUICE LUBES REFUND POLICY IS SIMPLE…

IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT, SEND IT BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS
For anything purchased via JuiceLubes.com that you aren’t happy with, just sent it back to us within 30 days and we’ll give you a refund. We don’t even mind if you’ve used a bit of the product.

If you receive an item of clothing and find that it is damaged or something else is wrong with your order, then we will happily exchange it for another size or colour. If you find that the item isn’t what you expected, then return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will issue a refund.

When returning items of clothing, they need to be returned in an unused and unwashed state. Please check that the item is in good condition and fits you before using it.

Don’t forget to include proof of purchase and a note with your name and contact details. If you want to give us some feedback on the product, you’re very welcome.

You’ll need to cover the cost of posting and we’d recommend that you use a tracked courier and that you keep proof of postage.

For products purchased elsewhere, such as your local bike shop or from an online retailer, please contact the seller direct and they will arrange for a refund.

We’ve tried to make our returns process as easy as possible.

You’ll need to cover the cost of posting and we’d recommend that you use a tracked courier and that you keep proof of postage.

Don’t forget to include proof of purchase and the delivery note that came with your order, and let us know if you'd like a refund or an exchange. If you'd like an exchange, please also let us know the product required in place of the original. If you want to give us some feedback on the product, you’re very welcome.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally. Customers outside of the UK should contact their seller for returns.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will do our best to turn around your return as soon as possible but please be aware that it can take time to process returns during busy periods.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
