THE JUICE LUBES RETURNS POLICY IS SIMPLE…
If you don’t like it, send it back within 30 days.
For anything purchased via JuiceLubes.co.uk that you aren’t happy with, just sent it back to us within 30 days and we’ll give you a refund. We don’t even mind if you’ve used a bit of the product.
Don’t forget to include proof of purchase and a note with your name and contact details. If you want to give us some feedback on the product, you’re very welcome.
You’ll need to cover the cost of posting and we’d recommend that you use a tracked courier and that you keep proof of postage.
For products purchased elsewhere, such as your local bike shop or from an online retailer, please contact the seller direct and they will arrange for a refund.
